What is fractional recruitment?

It's embedded recruiting support without the cost of a full-time hire. I work inside your business, learning your culture, your roles, and your standards, and run your recruiting process end to end. You get the expertise of a senior recruiter, on a fractional basis.

Who is this for?

Growing businesses that have ongoing hiring needs but aren't at the stage where a full-time internal recruiter makes sense. If you're spending too much time on hiring, or handing it off to someone on your team who wasn't hired to do it — fractional recruitment is worth looking at.

How is this different from using a staffing agency or head-hunter?

Agencies typically charge a placement fee per hire and work on multiple clients at once. With fractional recruitment, I'm embedded in your business, I work exclusively within your team, and I'm focused on building a consistent, repeatable process, not just filling individual seats.

What do you handle?

Everything from role scoping and job post strategy through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and close. I can also help you build the infrastructure that supports all of it — job templates, interview frameworks, an ATS if you don't have one.

How does pricing work?

Fractional recruitment is offered on a monthly retainer basis. Pricing depends on the scope and volume of hiring. The best place to start is a Recruiting Diagnostic so we can look at what you're working with and what would make sense.

What is The Hiring Blueprint™?

It's my signature done-for-you recruiting engagement for growing businesses. Over 90 days, I come in, run your hiring end to end, and build out the infrastructure your team can use long after we're done working together. Think of it as getting a head of recruiting, without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Who is it for?

Growing businesses and founders who are scaling fast but don't have a dedicated recruiter or a consistent process. If hiring has become reactive, time-consuming, and high stakes, this was built for you.

What's included?

The engagement covers the full recruiting cycle: role definition and job design, sourcing strategy, candidate screening and interviews, offer management and close, onboarding support, and a retention bridge into leadership coaching. You also leave with the infrastructure, an ATS, job templates, and an interview framework your team can use going forward.

How long does it take?

The engagement runs over 90 days. Most clients find that by the end of the first month, the process already feels meaningfully different.

How much does it cost?

The Hiring Blueprint™ starts at $4,250/month. The first step is a complimentary Recruiting Diagnostic, a focused conversation where we look at your current hiring situation and I can tell you honestly whether this engagement is the right fit.

How many clients do you take on at once?

I work with a small number of clients at a time by design. That's what allows me to be genuinely embedded in your business rather than spread thin across a roster.

What if I only need to hire one or two people?

The Hiring Blueprint™ is built for businesses with ongoing or immediate hiring needs. If you have a single critical role to fill, fractional recruitment may be a better fit, we can figure that out together during the Diagnostic.

We work on the story you're telling, to yourself and to the market, and make sure it's landing the way you intend.

How is working with you different from a mentor or executive coach?

I bring a recruiter's perspective to everything. I know how senior candidates are evaluated, what hiring committees are looking for, and where strong executives undersell themselves. That lens is hard to get from someone who hasn't sat on the other side of that table.

What kinds of organizations do you work with?

I work with companies that are investing in their people, whether that's equipping managers to lead more effectively, supporting employees through transitions, or preparing teams for internal mobility and growth.

What does a corporate engagement typically include?

It varies depending on what the organization needs. It might be a series of workshops, group coaching sessions, 1:1 coaching for specific employees or leaders, or a combination. I build these engagements to fit the goal, not the other way around.

Do you offer outplacement support?

Yes. If your organization is going through a restructure or layoff, I offer career transition support for affected employees, including resume and LinkedIn guidance, interview prep, and coaching to help them land their next role with confidence.

Can you work with hiring managers specifically?

Absolutely. Hiring manager coaching is one of the most underused levers in building a strong team. I work with managers on how to run structured, effective interviews, so you're making better hiring decisions, not just faster ones.

Can sessions be delivered virtually?

Yes. I work with clients virtually and in-person, in 1:1 and group formats, for one-time engagements or ongoing partnerships.
